“I participated in Anita’s Aerial Dance Workshop in 2017 at Defy Gravity Yoga in Boca Raton, FL. Not only did we learn aerial hammock variations and sequences, but we learned how to do so with proper dance technique. Anita choreographed a beautiful contemporary aerial dance piece for every level. Her extensive background in professional dance, choreography, and instruction made her expertise an asset to the artistic and personal development for everyone that participated.
